Illegal driver caught and arrested

On the 23rd of June officer's patrolling the Foxhole road area of St. Thomas had cause to stop a vehicle. The male driver failed to provide a specimen of breath and was subsequently arrested for this offence. He also had no insurance to drive the vehicle and the vehicle had no MOT. The male was now charged and will face the Magistrates court.
