Landore is a ward in Swansea, A mainly residential area, it is located about 1.5 miles north of Swansea city centre. It has seen a number of new developments during the early millennium decade, such as the new Liberty Stadium, which opened in 2005 and a new out-of-town retail park built around the same time. The area is now going through an economic upsurge due to these new developments with more on the way.
